The death of a doctor reprimanded by police when he raised the alarm over coronavirus is adding to the challenges piling up for the Chinese government.
There has been an outpouring of public anger over the case of Li Wen-Liang who tried to warn about a new virus back in December. He was accused of spreading rumours.
