A torrent of water released from an Indian dam has exacerbated the effect of monsoon rains in Pakistan, submerging towns and villages.
Floodwaters now cover hundreds of hectares in Punjab province and river levels are still rising.
The Pakistani army has turned a military base into a relief camp for people who have been evacuated from their homes.
But some are refusing to leave flooded areas because it would mean abandoning their crops and livestock.
